Robin uses different techniques such as trigger point therapy, scar tissue frictioning, fascial releases and muscle stripping to help break down scar tissue, release spastic muscles and reduce shooting referral pain.

Head Massage

Tension Headache Relief

Tension headaches are often caused by improper posture which leads to strain in the shoulder, neck and head.
Using trigger point therapy, Robin can help reduce the pain from the shoulder and neck muscles into the head that cause tension headaches.

Pressure Points

Tendinopathy 

Tendinopathy is pain in and around tendons due to overuse.  Common forms of tendinopathy include tennis elbow, golfer's elbow and various other types of tendinitis.
Robin can help break up scar tissue in order to reduce pain and increase flexibility and function.

Reflexology

Plantar Fasciitis

Plantar Fasciitis is inflammation in the thick band of tissue of the foot.  It is often caused by improper support of the foot.

Part of the recovery involves breaking up scar tissue that has formed on the fascia as well as reducing tension or spasms in the foot and calves. Robin uses a variety of techniques to 
help reduce the scar tissue and reduce the pain.

Pregnancy Massage

Pregnancy massage is safe throughout the entire gestational period. Some minor modifications are made during different trimesters to ensure the safety of the patient and baby. 
Robin is equipped with all the modification tools required to accommodate for pregnancy massages, allowing the patient to lay face down.

Massage cupping is combining massage techniques and negative pressure with the use of suction cups on the skin.  The benefits of cupping include:

  • Increase range of motion

  • Helps reset the way your body reacts to pain

  • Helps increase circulation
